Is Atlanta, GA a very upbeat, trendy city with modern ammenities, or is it more historical with a small town feel?
I’ve been to Atlanta and I think its a beautiful, clean, safe, and friendly city. I am relocating there this summer. I want to purchase a home in a neighborhood that has a nice traditional old downtown area with old mom and pop shops and antique stores.
Can you give me some feedback on Atlanta, andall ithas to offer pertaining to what I’m looking for? Thanks!
Atlanta like every major city, its becoming more modern each day. For something old fashioned, you may want to move a bit further south. Theres many small towns outside the perimeter that have everything your looking for. Just remember, the closer you are to Atlanta, the more expensive homes are. If you need to travel to Atlanta everyday for your career, you can find homes close enough to the expressway so its not that long of a commute. Just a small warning now though, Atlanta traffic sucks.
