Would you do this to your husband?
My husband has an antique (junk) car. I want to call a hauling company that removes junk cars, have that vehicle towed away, give my husband $500.00 and then tell my husband that someone bought it. What do I have to do to get rid of that junk car? Can you give me specifics on faking a car for sale by owner?
If your husband owns that car then you have no right to sell it. He may be saving that car for resotration. If you don’t want to destroy what trust you have in your relationship then don’t sell the car. if it bothers you to look at it everyday…then get a car cover for it (they can be found at most auto stores such as auto-zone, advanced auto parts, or pep boys). but if the title to the old junk car is in your husbands name then leave that car alone. how would you like it if your husband threw away all but two pairs of your shoes and then lied to you about selling them? you would be devastated wouldn’t you. then leave his belongings alone.
