Ebay transaction turned sour really bad?
I made a purchase of an antique item which was suppose to be in excellent working order. It arrived DOA and the seller won’t accept responsiblility. He told me to file a bogus insurance claim and wants to give me negative feedback. I spent a lot of money on a non-working piece of junk. The box and the item showed no exterior damage. I am thinking he sold it broken.
Anybody ever file an item not as described and what was the result?
