Neet to find a site that is free to find info on items?
Hi I have many items I need to find a value on and can ot find a site that offers this for free. I have alot of paintings and prints that are old, and also some jewelry and antiques, any ideas of where to find info and prices for them? I appreciate it, I went to alot of sites but most of them you have to join and pay fees to find out or to join. I am selling these items to get money to get braces on my sons teeth so do not have money to pay for the sites for info, using mothers computer, please help.
Yes, eBay is a good choice. If you can’t find the item on there, do a google search using some advanced search operators. Let’s say the item is a sports watch, you would enter this search:
sports watch sell -site:www.ebay.com
That will give you a list of sites with the words “sports watch” and “sell”, but exclude any eBay listings. From there you will probably find some sites where you can sell things.
You can also look at Craigslist in major cities and search the ads.
