Antique expert in New York?
Hi,
I found an Album of photographs from the 30′s and 40′s. They are from they world tour of “This is the Army”. Every Picture has a description and it says where it was taken and when.
Also, inside the album, there is a program of the show and couple of letters from Buckingham Palace, saying that the princesses loved the show, etc.,
I would like to know where I can take this album in New York City to see how much it is worth.

any lace worth it’s rep is going to ask a consultation fee and it isn’t cheap.
I’d suggest
1) look for similar on ebay and those prices
2) list it on ebay at very high price (in the hundreds) and watch for interest; by hem asking Qs as well as ‘watchers” . Even if no bids, you can see how many watchers there are at closing. Some may just forget to remove it from their watch list but if there are several, there is big interest. If no one bids, relist a bit lower, and so on.
The photos are worth way more than the sigs.
