Can anyone tell me about a HOFFMAN Ruler?
Today my mother in-law found a tool that had once belonged to her late husband’s grandfather. It is a ruler that folds almost like a fan probably from the early 1900s. The print is rather faded, but I made out HOFFMAN RULE CO. I have tried searching google as we believe this could be an antique tool, but no luck. Can any one tell us if this strange tool is indeed an antique, and worth anything, or are we wasting our time with it?
